We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. Whether your item has developed a fault, is damaged or is no longer required, we can help you out.

Returns & Cancellations FAQs

How do I cancel an order?

At Crossfit Perpetua, if you choose to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please call us to inform one of colleagues whether you would like a refund or exchange. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling or click on the Contact form from our website and select cancellation form.
Once we have received your request, we will contact you to process your cancellation.
If it is too late to cancel your delivery, please Contact us to discuss an exchange or refund.

Where can I return a product?

There are 2 ways to return a product: Over the phone: You can also arrange free product collection and refund, alternatively exchange or repair, by calling our contact centre. Email: You can also arrange free product collection and refund by emailing support@crossfitperpetua.net . Please ensure that you provide your order number before sending your email.

An unwanted, faulty, damaged or incorrect product can be returned within 21 days.

How do I return an unwanted product?

An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery even if it isn't in its original, unopened or opened packaging. This returns policy for goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made online or over the phone.

Separately to the 21 day policy above, and in accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online or over the phone, unwanted items can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection as long as you let us know within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. Once you have told us you want to return an item, you should do so without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the order. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them, install them or input any data/software. The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging.

Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be a bank statement or an online sales invoice. Please provide your order numbers when you return a product.

How do I return a faulty product?

1: Within 30 days of purchase or delivery:
You always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase or delivery. You can return it by calling our contact centre, or by emailing whateverhappens@crossfitperpetua.net .

Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be a bank statement or an online sales invoice. Please provide your order numbers when you return a product.


2: Within product’s guarantee period (normally 12 months from purchase or delivery: We will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. Please call the contact centre or emailing whateverhappens@crossfitperpetua.net to arrange collection. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

How do I return a damaged or incorrect product?

If you unpack your product and find it damaged or incorrect, you can return or exchange the product within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

Can I return a product without proof of purchase?

Can I refund the delivery charges I paid for my purchase?

Yes we do refund the delivery charges.


Unwanted products

Please call the contact centre on to arrange collection. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling.

It’s bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible.If the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery or installation) we will always offer you either a repair, exchange or refund. If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Items delivered direct from the Manufacturer cannot be returned to one of our stores.

Damaged products

If you receive a damaged product, please call our contact centre within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible.
Collection/exchange of the damaged item is free.

Cancelling an online order

If you decide to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please call us to inform one of our colleagues whether you would like a refund or exchange. To speed up the process, please have your order number to hand before calling.
Once we have received your request, we will contact you to process your cancellation.
If it is too late to cancel your delivery, please call the contact centre to discuss an exchange or refund.
Cancelling an online or phone order cannot be processed in store.

We're always here for you if an online purchase develops a fault. However, before you return a product, please check that there definitely is a fault.

Returns, cancellations & faulty goods
You have changed your mind
If you change your mind and would like to return your product, we're happy to exchange or refund it as long as:
The product is in its original opened and sealed packaging
You return it within 21 days of date of purchase
You have proof of purchase (Original receipt, delivery note, bank statement)

Your product is faulty?
Don't worry, if your product develops a fault within 21 days, we'll always offer you the choice of an exchange or full refund, provided you have proof of purchase (receipt, delivery note, bank statement).
Most products come with at least a 1 year guarantee, so if your product develops a fault after 21 days and within the remaining guarantee period we will firstly offer you a prompt repair service. If a repair service isn't available for your product will offer you a suitable replacement.

Your product is damaged?
We will then give you an exchange or full refund plus any delivery charge paid. However, we do have the right to retain any charge paid for services which have already begun or have been completed. Refunds take 5-7 working days to be credited to a bank account.

Cancellations
If you've changed your mind about the item you've purchased and want to cancel your order before your delivery - no problem.

There are two ways you can cancel your delivery:

1 Returning over the phone.
Please have your order number to hand to speed up the process.
2 You can also cancel your order online via the Contact us facility. On subject, please enter ''Cancellations & Refunds'' .
Enter the product name and tell us what you would like us to do in the comments box and then submit your request.
