Delivery Services

Welcome to the services section of Crossfit Perpetua. We're delighted to offer you a complete range of services online and we want ensure you have all the information you need before and after you place your order with us.

We do everything we can to make sure your new bike reaches you in factory-fresh condition. That doesn’t mean covering it in bubblewrap and hoping for the best – we make sure that every bike is sent safely, securely and with only minor assembly required at your end before you can climb on board.

How your bike will arrive

Bike manufacturers send us new machines in bits and pieces – far from being ride-ready. And while some bike retailers are happy to just send this box onto you, we get your bike fully assembled and tested by one of our qualified mechanics BEFORE we send it. After all, you’ll be like a kid at Christmas when it arrives and probably won’t want to spend hours piecing it together (that’s even if you’ve got the right tools for the job).

So we’ll fit the forks, wheels, seat-post and other components for you. We’ll also adjust the gears and brakes (bleed disc brakes if necessary) and we’ll true the wheels, pump the tyres, and make sure that everything is tightened. Finally, we’ll turn the handlebars 90 degrees and remove the pedals (if supplied) for even more security during shipping. Only then will we pop it into one of our custom oversize bike boxes ready for collection.

Our service is based on affordable rates, dependable schedules and door-to-door service. We offer worldwide items transportation in safe condition. We offers both private and commercial services, and we transport all types of items.

  2. You can select an alternative delivery address to your invoice address by checking the box on the first checkout page.
  3. It's free if you select standard delivery.
  4. We deliver to all mainland UK addresses (including Northern Ireland).
  5. Delivery is by courier (Yodel) or by post, you'll find out which when you receive our confirmation email.
  6. Standard delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), generally from 7am to 8pm, and we aim to get your purchase to you within 4-7 working days. Please allow 10 working for extended Bank Holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter.
  7. When possible we offer a flexible delivery service, available from Monday to Friday on a day or timed slot of your choice with delivery from the day after the date you place your order (subject to availability). This is available at checkout for a small extra charge.
  8. If your order is being delivered by courier you can track your parcel by clicking on the link in your order confirmation email.
  9. Please be aware that we cannot offer VAT refunds to overseas customers ordering goods to be delivered to a UK address. We do everything we can to ensure our delivery times are met but sometimes delays do occur with deliveries to the Scottish Islands and during peak ordering periods. We will let you know if we become aware of any unexpected delays.


Your orders will be shipped, regardless of the country of destination and, depending on the volume, size and weight by either the carrier DHL, the DPD or UPS. The preferred carrier of Crossfit Perpetua for shipments to private persons within United Kingdom is Yodel or by Post. Should you prefer one or the other of these carriers for your shipment, please indicate this preference to our service team by phone or e-mail in time. Deliveries of bulky goods, such as, for example, complete bicycles, will be handled by specially selected forwarders.

Change requests, bundling of orders

Subsequent changes of existing orders or bundling of several orders is possible prior to the time of shipment. The Crossfit Perpetua service team will do its utmost to fulfil your change requests, if it can still be done. Several orders can be bundled upon your explicit request only.

Import Taxes, Customs Duties and Fees / National VAT

The order is delivered incl. VAT. In addition to the calculated Crossfit Perpetua shipping costs customers not living in the EU doesn't have to pay the national VAT and duty in their country for the imported goods ( It is already included in the price listed on our website ).

There are 4 delivery methods available when you order from us. Each method has his own cost and delivery time. Those information will be visible when you will submit the order. Here's our delivery methods:

FREE Super Saver Delivery (4-7 business days).
